THE PROCESS

Funky Monkey Bars products are dispatched from our warehouse in Perth WA. 

While Funky Monkey Bars does not offer a direct-to-door delivery service, we partner with some of the best courier companies in the industry.

Our dedicated Logistics Team collaborates closely with trusted courier partners to ensure a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience. We take this part of your online shopping journey seriously, actively managing our courier relationships to provide the best possible service with efficiency and cost-effectiveness in mind.

Once your order is added to the cart, shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of your items and the delivery address provided. Depending on your location, you’ll be presented with 1–3 delivery options at checkout — including Free Pick-Up if you're located in Perth.

All courier options display live rates and estimated delivery times at checkout. Please note, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your postcode, time of year, and courier availability. Express Shipping is prioritised over Standard Shipping.

The below table shows the estimated business days from receiving full payment to delivery, the shipping methods are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, some options may be unavailable based on your location or order size.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Our Standard Shipping is available to select metro areas across Australia, as determined by our courier partners. Free Standard Shipping may be offered for eligible postcodes.

Please note: Postcodes outside designated metro areas or in regional locations may not qualify for Free Standard Shipping. At checkout, our system will automatically calculate your shipping options based on your postcode.

With Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered from our warehouse to your local depot, where it will be sorted and scheduled for final delivery to your address. This may result in additional delivery time depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

Standard Shipping orders go with Toll.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping refers to the courier’s delivery speed only. It does not fast-track your order through our production or dispatch process. All orders are prepared and packed in the order they are received, and once ready, Express Shipping will ensure it is delivered as quickly as possible via the selected courier.

All Express Shipping orders go with Northline and Team Global.

 

COLLECTION/PICK UP

Local pick-up is available in Perth only. When your order has been fully paid you will receive an email from our shipping department with further details. You can respond to this e-mail to confirm the date and time. Standard available days and times are:

Wednesday 7am - 3pm
Thursday 7am - 3pm

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Funky Monkey Bars ships worldwide with the help of our international freight partners. Contact us for a customised shipping quote and provide details on the product you are interested in and a full delivery address.

 

SPLIT DELIVERIES (specific to Express Dispatch T)

Please note that some courier services may deliver your order in separate shipments.

This is common when larger and smaller boxes are sorted separately and can be more frequent during periods of high delivery demand.

Split deliveries may arrive a few days apart, and in rare cases — particularly during peak times like Christmas — some items may experience further delays.

Funky Monkey Bars works closely with our courier partners to minimise these disruptions, but high volumes can occasionally impact delivery schedules.

Funky Monkey Bars always recommends purchasing orders before September for an early dispatch and smoother delivery experience.

 

SHIPPING COMPLICATIONS

All delivery services offered are independent of Funky Monkey Bars, therefore we do not offer compensation on late, damages or lost items.


Funky Monkey Bars will replace and send items at no additional cost if they are missing or deemed by our team to be damaged beyond repair.

For any minor scratches to the powder coating that may occur during delivery, we offer touch-up paint in all colours. While these surface marks are not considered structural damage, we understand the importance of aesthetics and are happy to provide touch-up solutions to help keep your Funky Monkey Bars looking their best.

For any scratches or marks on accessories, our team will assess whether they are the result of a manufacturing defect.

While we apply a rigorous quality control process, some accessories sourced outside of Australia may have minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact the structural integrity of the product.

As outdoor play equipment, accessories are expected to develop marks and scratches over time through regular use. However, if an accessory arrives with a noticeable mark or scratch larger than a 5-cent piece — and this is reported prior to installation — we may offer store credit or a gift card to the value of the item.

Please note that we reserve the right to assess the validity of the claim and determine whether the damage occurred during manufacturing or has been misrepresented.


LATE DELIVERIES

Funky Monkey Bars does not operate its own courier service and is not liable for delivery within a specific timeframe. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout by the courier selected by the customer. Funky Monkey Bars is not responsible for any delays or inaccuracies in delivery timeframes once the order has been dispatched.

 

CUSTOMER'S OWN COURIER COMPANIES

Funky Monkey Bars is happy to accommodate customers who wish to arrange collection via their own preferred courier service.

This will be treated as a Free Pick-Up unless palletisation is required. A $50 fee applies to any orders that need to be palletised for third-party courier collection.
