Home & design style experts choose Funky Monkey Bars
As Funky Monkeys Bars gears up for a stylish week at Melbourne’s Flower and Garden Show we asked a couple of home style experts, “Why Funky Monkey Bars in the backyard?.”
Celebrity TV Home Renovator, Carlene Duffy, of Cedar & Suede, discovered Funky Monkey Bars for her daughter Stella’s 7th birthday.
“There was something about this product that I knew was a little bit genius. Its slimline design meant it was going to be unobtrusive in our front yard and wouldn’t interfere with our house facade but I was seriously attracted to its modular design. It meant that we could start with one model and add to it down the track,” Carlene said.
“We went with the Orangatun with the flying fox and swing addition and needless to say, it was a hit! The look on her face when she saw it through the window was memorable. I could see her mind ticking over trying to work out what it was.
“It’s the first thing the kids see when they arrive home from school and they’re like moths to a flame. I’m so sick of buying presents that my kids use for a day and then discard.
“Like the trampoline and pool, I expect that the Funky Monkey Bars will be one of those things that the kids will keep coming back to and never grow tired of and so far so good. It’s also a bonus to have a winter go-to whist it’s too cold to use the pool.”

"As an Interior Designer I am always trying to create that indoor/ outdoor feel. The Hampton style is all about outdoor living and entertaining which is why outdoor environments are a huge part of my job,” Natalee said
“Specifically for young families, outdoor environments must not only look amazing but be fun, friendly and an exciting experience for the whole family. Funky Monkey Bars is the perfect choice for creating that play area that is inviting for all family members and encourages an active healthy lifestyle. They are free standing so there is no need for hard concrete in your outdoor area, and can be designed to fit in and around your beautiful garden and outdoor entertaining areas."
